Our videos are rendered in a high bit rate at the resolution of 480x320 pixels so you get high quality video at a good filesize. All of our new videos are saved as Windows Media Player (.wmv) files. Most of our older videos are saved as Real Player (.rm) files.

We also zip our files for faster download. You must unzip them before viewing them. Most computers can unzip files just by double-clicking or right-clicking them. If you need additional help, please email support below, or click on the links below.

• Stuffit Expander - For unzipping .zip files for Machintosh computers.
